Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and organized manner

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation

  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and support other stations when needed

  • Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
