We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and organized manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and support other stations when needed
Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
