Job Description

BarZola is looking for a positive, professional, and experienced chef de Partie to join our team. 

Our ideal team member takes initiative, is a team player, and is enthusiastic to advance in their career and be a part of a very special team to deliver exceptional dishes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The Basics

  • We are a farm-to-table french bistro rooted in classic techniques 
  • Prepare and cook high-quality food to meet menu standards set by chef
  • maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow safety protocols 
  • Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations 
  • consistently preform under pressure to bring the best experience to every guest 

Must Haves

  • Experience in a fine dining, professional kitchen (1-2 years preferred) 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain quality while working together with the team as one unit 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  • Experience in French cuisine is preferred 
  • A passion for cooking and delivering an excellent dining experience
