Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking experienced and motivated candidates for Line Cook openings in Forest Lake, MN. • Hourly Pay: $18-$23
• Schedule: Varied days with mandatory weekends; typical hours are 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM- Full-Time Hours
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company expectations
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a line cook in a full-service or upscale restaurant
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work weekends and late-night shifts
• Background screen required (drug screen not required)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
