Litigation Associate Attorney (23yrs) - New Jersey at Direct Counsel

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and memoranda for complex litigation matters.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across various substantive areas.

• Manage both traditional and electronic discovery processes.

• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including hearings and conferences.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategy and case management.

Required:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

• 2–3 years of litigation experience at a mid to large law firm.

• Superior legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience with discovery, dispositive motions, and court appearances.

• Admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.

Preferred:

• Federal clerkship experience.

• Admission to other state bars is a plus.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Base salary range: $195,000–$225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
