Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda in complex litigation matters.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across a variety of civil litigation topics.
Manage all phases of discovery, including both traditional and electronic discovery (eDiscovery).
Represent clients in state and federal courts; attend hearings, conferences, and depositions.
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy and case management plans.
Required:
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a mid to large law firm environment.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience with discovery, drafting dispositive motions, and court appearances.
Admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
Preferred:
Federal judicial clerkship experience.
Admission to additional state bars is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Base salary range: $215,000–$245,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus.
