Overview
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its Irvine office. This hybrid position offers flexibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to work on complex civil and business litigation matters spanning multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • & Manage all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and administrative hearings
  • Advise clients on contract disputes, real estate matters, business torts, and commercial litigation
  • Draft and negotiate motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and responsive communication

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar (in good standing)
  • & Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
