Job Requirements:
Between 4 to 6 years of litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience in a mid to large law firm
- Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, managing traditional and electronic discovery,
- Experience assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions
- Experience appearing before state and federal courts.
- Good standing with the CA Bar.
- Federal clerkship a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected pay range for this position is:
$225,000 - $350,000
