Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Logistics, Energy, and Manufacturing Litigation Group.
Key Qualifications:
- Transportation litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Additional background in tort matters, motor carrier defense, and insurance coverage disputes highly valued.
- Strong academic credentials with excellent legal writing, analytical, and research skills.
- Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar (no exceptions).
