Personal Injury Litigation Attorney – South Carolina (Hybrid or Remote Flexibility)

Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re seeking a passionate, driven attorney with 3+ years of litigation and trial experience to join a highly respected, results-oriented firm that advocates fiercely for its clients.

What You’ll Do

Manage all phases of litigation — from case inception through trial.

Conduct depositions, mediations, and courtroom appearances with confidence and strategic precision.

Collaborate with a skilled support team to drive strong case outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Work on meaningful cases that make a lasting impact in clients’ lives.

What We’re Looking For

Active South Carolina Bar License (required)

North Carolina Bar License (preferred, not required)

Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation and trial experience

Strong advocacy, communication, and case management skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment
