Bernheim Kelley, LLC, has an opening for a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage and assist with all phases of case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
- Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines.
- Minimum 2-5 years civil litigation experience - products liability and personal injury is a plus.
- Must be a member in good standing with the State of Massachusetts Bar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience prosecuting and defending at deposition.
