Our client is a full-service corporate law firm with offices in New Jersey, New York and Florida. Our client's litigators represent multinational corporations, financial institutions and government bodies, often in complex and important matters.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
  • Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses.
  • Strong research skills and oral communication.
Qualifications
  • Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $215,000 – $250,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
