Salary Range: $150,000 – $205,000 base + performance-based bonuses

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established Los Angeles-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation and TORT law experience, including negligence, negligent hiring/supervision/retention, and premises liability. Public entity law experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in TORT litigation matters, including negligence, negligent hiring/supervision/retention, and premises liability
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and manage discovery
• Oversee cases from inception through resolution, including depositions and trial preparation
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the firm’s legal team

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in litigation and TORT law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Public entity law experience preferred, but not required
• Active California Bar license in good standing
