*Position Overview*
We are seeking a full-time *Associate Attorney* with *0–5 years of experience* to join our subrogation team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing files from investigation through resolution with appropriate mentorship and support.

*Responsibilities*

* Evaluate and handle property subrogation claims from inception to recovery
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
* Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
* Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
* Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development

*Qualifications*

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Licensed to practice in Colorado
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
* Interest or experience in insurance law, construction, or fire/water losses a plus
