Litigation Counsel or Partner at McGuire Fecarotta & Jackson

Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid)
Experience Level: 10-15 years, Counsel or Partner Title

Our client is seeking a motivated litigation attorney (title dependent on experience) to join a dynamic and growing team. The firm has experienced tremendous success recently, leading to an influx of exciting new opportunities from high-profile clients. They are expanding their team to keep up with demand and maintain their standard of excellence.

• Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, engaging in motion practice, and taking depositions.
• Represent major insurance companies, handling both first and third-party disputes.
• Work primarily in federal court, with significant exposure to high-level litigation.
• Engage with clients directly, with the opportunity to serve as lead counsel on a variety of cases, from initial strategy through final verdict.

• Experience: Litigation defense experience required; insurance experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Federal Court Expertise: Must have hands-on federal court experience.
• Go-Getter Mentality: A proactive approach to managing cases and a strong desire to handle significant responsibilities.
• Class Year Range: Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years of experience.

• California Bar Membership: Required; candidates must reside in California.

The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $190K - $220K. Actual compensation will depend on years of experience, qualifications, and portable business (not required).
