Live Chat Representative at GSR Group LLC

GSR Group LLC owns and operates Wingstop franchise locations, delivering exceptional customer service and a high-quality restaurant experience. To support our operations, we are expanding our remote customer service team to ensure guests receive quick and friendly assistance through digital channels.

Position Overview:
The Live Chat Representative is responsible for communicating with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, assisting with order-related questions, restaurant information, promotions, and general customer concerns. This role is key in strengthening customer satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming live chat messages and emails
• Assist customers with menu information, order inquiries, and restaurant location details
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues such as missing items, delivery concerns, or payment questions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow communication guidelines and deliver a positive Wingstop-branded service experience
• Collaborate with restaurant management teams to resolve customer needs quickly
• Monitor customer feedback and report trends for service improvement

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in customer service, live chat support, call center, or hospitality
• Excellent written communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Comfort using chat tools, CRMs, and basic computer applications
• Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the restaurant or retail industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work from home
