The Housing Authority of Jackson County is hiring a live on-site Property Facilities Attendant to support the daily operations of Rogue River Estates, a multifamily affordable housing community.
Compensation & Benefits:
This live-on-site position includes a one-bedroom apartment with utilities paid and a bi-monthly wage of $1,387.

Compensation & Benefits:
This live-on-site position includes a one-bedroom apartment with utilities paid and a bi-monthly wage of $1,387.
As a Benefit-Eligible employee, you'll also receive:
- Comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision, with HAJC covering 95% of the employee premium for all three plans.
- Participation in the PERS retirement system, with HAJC contributing to your retirement and covering the full 6% required employee contribution.
- Accrued paid time off, including vacation and sick leave, plus 11 paid holidays per year.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Keeping the community clean, safe, and functional, inside and out. That means mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, clearing trash, snow removal, cleaning stairwells, scrubbing laundry rooms, and maintaining common areas in a clean and shiny condition.
- Handling light maintenance and flagging issues early, reporting problems before they become expensive repairs.
- Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections, documenting everything with attention to detail.
- Responding to resident needs professionally, even when they're upset, confused, or demanding.
- Walking the grounds daily to identify hazards, messes, or safety concerns.
- Supporting emergency procedures and being ready to help secure the site, clear hazards, or coordinate with staff.
