Loan Origination Call Quality Review Specialist – 100% Onsite – North Phoenix Job Description: The individuals will be responsible for listening to loan originators, loan processors, loan officer assistants and closers pre-recorded calls and score each call against a compliance checklist. Calls are about the loan application process from beginning to end. Knowledge of mortgage regulations is required. Having experience in mortgage loan origination, processing and/or similar recent mortgage experience is required for this position. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2 years of recent mortgage underwriting, loan origination or similar mortgage experience (loan origination, mortgage processing, mortgage broker, loan officer, secondary marketing experience) Actively taking mortgage applications Experience with call monitoring or reviewing calls for mortgage/banking compliance in a similar environment Excellent listening skills Critical thinking skills Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of regulations such as Reg Z, ECOA/Regulation B, UDAAP, and GLBA. MLO (Mortgage Loan Officer) Knowledge of 10O3 form or loan application process Prior call quality/call listening and monitoring experience
