About the Role
This is a 100% onsite position in a world-class data center environment. You’ll be responsible for:
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining low voltage cabling (CAT5, CAT6, and fiber).
- Working on network device installations and supporting a wide range of commercial and data center circuits.
- Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with the latest fiber technologies.
- Interacting with clients and internal teams, maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor at all times.
You’ll be fully equipped for success with uniforms, boots, tools, and the resources you need to perform at your best.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in low voltage cabling (CAT5/CAT6).
- Proven experience installing fiber cabling.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow processes, work safely, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Shift & Availability
- The team provides 24/7 coverage, so flexibility for any shift is required (ample notice provided before any changes).
- Rotating on-call schedule approximately once every 5–7 weeks.
