M365 Power Platform Engineer at BayForce Technology Solutions

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow to provide critical support and continuity for our Power Platform environment. This role will step in to fill a key gap following the departure of our senior engineer and will play an essential role in maintaining and enhancing existing solutions until a permanent replacement is secured. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing solutions within Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow. Reverse engineer existing workflows and applications to identify and resolve issues or improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and integration across the Microsoft ecosystem (including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365 if applicable). Develop and implement automation solutions that enhance business processes and efficiency. Provide technical guidance and documentation to support future development and knowledge transfer. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Flow. Strong background in troubleshooting, debugging, and reverse engineering existing Power Platform solutions. Proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools Solid understanding of data connectors, Dataverse, and API integrations within the Power Platform ecosystem. Ability to work independently, quickly ramp up in a complex environment, and provide immediate value. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
