Machine Operator - 1st Shift at Manpower

Our client, in Coopersville, MI, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the quality and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Coopersville, MI

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 1st 

What's the Job?

• Operate machines to package products efficiently.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of solid press/machine operation experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills for operating machinery and inputting data.
