Salary: Up to $20/Hour
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Setup & Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate setup and operation of both CNC milling and turning centers. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our machined parts through meticulous inspection.
Shifts: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Setup & Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate setup and operation of both CNC milling and turning centers. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our machined parts through meticulous inspection.
Shifts: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complete setup and operation of CNC Milling Centers.
- Perform complete setup and operation of CNC Turning Centers (Lathes).
- Conduct thorough inspection of machined parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of inspection equipment, including:
- Outside Micrometers
- Inside Micrometers
- Depth Micrometers
- Dial Indicators
- Gauge Blocks
- Gauge Pins
- Dial Bore Gauges
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Operate a Surface Grinder to meet specifications.
- Perform straight lining and deburring of parts to ensure quality and safety.
- Contribute to overall shop maintenance and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
- Proven experience in setting up and operating CNC lathes.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using various precision measuring tools and inspection equipment (listed above).
- Experience operating a surface grinder is preferred.
- Ability to perform straight lining and deburring tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to shop maintenance and cleanliness.
