Are you ready to take on a hands-on, fast-paced role in beverage production? We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality beverages with precision and pride. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment, solve production challenges, and collaborate with a skilled, motivated team.
Job Details
Pay: $26.63/hour
Schedule: Straight 2-2-3 rotation | 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
Location: Neenah, WI Manufacturing Facility

What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor high-tech beverage production equipment (cans & bottles).
Work collaboratively to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
Set up and adjust equipment for product changeovers.
Record data, track inventory, and enter information into computerized systems.
Handle materials safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures in all work areas.
Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate production documentation.
Share ideas for continuous improvement in team meetings.
Utilize computer systems to support production processes.

Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (a plus).
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; further education is a bonus.
Experience: 3+ years in food production or machine operation preferred.
Passion for coffee production is a plus!
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to sit, perform data entry, and communicate effectively.
Lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery as needed.
Work in an environment with varying temperatures, noise, and chemicals.
Make quick decisions under pressure.
