Are you ready to take on a hands-on, fast-paced role in beverage production? We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality beverages with precision and pride. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment, solve production challenges, and collaborate with a skilled, motivated team.

• Pay: $26.63/hour

• Schedule: Straight 2-2-3 rotation | 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM

• Location: Neenah, WI Manufacturing Facility

• Operate and monitor high-tech beverage production equipment (cans & bottles).

• Work collaboratively to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.

• Set up and adjust equipment for product changeovers.

• Record data, track inventory, and enter information into computerized systems.

• Handle materials safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures in all work areas.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate production documentation.

• Share ideas for continuous improvement in team meetings.

• Utilize computer systems to support production processes.

• Motivated self-starters with strong time management skills.

• Clear communicators with attention to detail.

• Team-oriented individuals with a positive, dependable work ethic.

• Mechanically inclined problem-solvers who enjoy hands-on work.

• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.

• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (a plus).

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; further education is a bonus.

• Experience: 3+ years in food production or machine operation preferred.

• Passion for coffee production is a plus!

• Ability to sit, perform data entry, and communicate effectively.

• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery as needed.

• Work in an environment with varying temperatures, noise, and chemicals.

• Make quick decisions under pressure.
