Machine Operator at TRC Talent Solutions

Job Duties:

• Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure machines are clean and free of obstruction.
• Load raw materials into the machine and verify that all components are properly in place before starting.
• Start up and monitor the machine to ensure smooth operation and product consistency.
• Inspect the first production run and periodically check parts for quality assurance.
• Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Communicate any maintenance needs to the team or maintenance mechanic.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the machine according to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
• Conserve resources and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• No prior machine operating experience required – training provided
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and interest in learning how machinery works.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Able to lift up to 50–60 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Comfortable wearing safety gear and following safety protocols.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
