Position Title: Mail Production Specialist 

Locations: 1350 Airpark Drive, Farmington, MO 63640

Anticipated Start Dates: 11/10

Expected Duration: 6 Months 

Job Type: Contract with Extension/Convert to FTE 

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (40 hours per week), Overtime: Flexible, based on daily mail volume; may include up to 8 hours of overtime per week.

Pay Rate $19/hr. on W2.

Need: High school diploma or equivalent with 3–12 months of production or mailroom experience preferred.

Mail Production Specialist

Position Purpose:
Responsible for distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence for processing.
  • Scan and image incoming documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Record and track specified incoming documents in the system.
  • Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims.
  • Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and processing documentation.
  • Assist team members in other operational areas (both in-office and remote) as needed.
  • Meet established departmental production and quality goals.
  • Perform other mailroom support duties as assigned.
  • Ability to lift totes weighing up to 35–40 pounds.
  • Mandatory overtime required as business needs dictate.

Education & Experience

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: 3 months to 1 year of production-related or mailroom experience.

  • Overtime may be required during peak periods.
