Job Description
The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Helena, Montana to find a Maintenance–Boiler Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hospital equipment Conduct boiler, chiller, and cooling tower water chemistry testing and chemical adjustments Ensure boiler safety systems function properly and support safe operation Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs, including steam trap maintenance Maintain compliance with DNV-GL, state, federal, and local regulations Support facility operations as part of a collaborative maintenance team Respond to fire and emergency codes as required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience in a public facility Education: High school diploma, HiSET, or GED preferred Licensure: Second-class boiler license preferred; must obtain within 3 years of hire (required for continued employment)
