Maintenance Electrician
Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a leading metal manufacturing and forming facility. This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical troubleshooting abilities, solid mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience with PLC systems and robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and automation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize production downtime.
- Work with PLCs, robotics, CNC machines, and welding/cutting automation equipment.
- Support process improvements, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance or controls experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical background with solid mechanical understanding.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and robotic systems.
- Experience with automation, CNC, or welding systems preferred.
