Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
Join a dynamic heavy industrial company seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to ensure the efficient operation of its machinery. This role involves working with older machines and requires a strong experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, and systems.
- Execute conduit bending, pulling wire, and installing electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC controls and systems.
- Handle 480 volts, VFD, and 3-phase motors.
- Work with Allen Bradley systems and conveyer operations.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and industrial diagrams.
Essential Skills
- 5-10 years of applicable maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Ability to work with high voltage systems, including 480 volts.
- Knowledge of LOTTO, VFD, and 3-phase motor operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Allen Bradley systems is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in a hard work environment is preferred.
