Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team and support the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems. If you’re passionate about troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and working with high-voltage equipment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, controls, and scales.
Use hand tools and test equipment to identify and resolve system breakdowns.
Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and safety codes.
Maintain accurate service and repair records, including documentation required for MSHA compliance.
Interpret blueprints to locate wiring and equipment.
Respond effectively to both routine and emergency service calls.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience.
Must pass the Ramsay Journeyman Electrician exam with qualifying results.
Proven experience with preventive, predictive, and computerized maintenance systems.
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems (12 to 5K volts).
Hourly Range: $31-$36hr
