What You’ll Do Serve as the technical authority for rotating equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement initiatives. Own the site vibration analysis program, including technician training, data interpretation, and corrective balancing for rotating assets. Lead and optimize the lubrication program, setting vendor performance goals and driving best practices. Provide engineering support for preventive maintenance (PM), repairs, and reliability upgrades on both fixed and rotating equipment. Partner with Maintenance leadership on process improvement, budgeting, performance tracking, and small capital projects. Conduct failure analyses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, job plans, BOMs, and repair procedures for critical equipment. Ensure all work meets PSM and safety compliance standards, performing audits and coaching best practices. Collaborate with preferred OEMs, contractors, and engineering consultants for reliability initiatives. What You Bring BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required. 7+ years of maintenance and/or reliability engineering experience in chemical, mineral, refinery, pulp & paper, or other PSM-regulated industries. 3+ years of hands-on vibration analysis and lubrication program leadership. PE license preferred. Project management experience a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
