Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, and electrical controls.
- Rewire motors and work with automation, robotics, and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Assist with various projects, including teardowns, installations, and general maintenance tasks.
- Enter work orders and completions into the computer and perform basic data entry.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the maintenance team, including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all equipment.
Essential Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical/control systems.
- Ability to adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of mechanical concepts related to machine design and manufacturing processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with maintenance functions preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC, servo motors, motion control, and drives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Environment
Work in a non-temperature-controlled, fast-paced production and manufacturing environment. Safety gear including steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and vests are mandatory.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of West Memphis, AR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage is available/Eligibility for various bonuses, such as an EOS bonus for staying with the company through an agreed-upon end date
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in West Memphis,AR.
