Maintenance Technician

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician to start in July, who takes pride in their work, works fast without cutting corners, and thrives on being the go-to person for I can fix that. If that sounds like you, let's talk.

- Hourly Pay: Starting at $21.00+ based on experience

What You'll Do
You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our student housing community running smoothly:

- Diagnose & repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and basic electrical issues
- Patch drywall, paint, and perform basic carpentry and make-ready repairs
- Get apartments move-in ready during turn season and fast!
- Be part of the rotating on-call team for emergency repairs
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance areas
- Communicate with student residents respectfully and professionally
- Follow all OSHA and safety protocols always
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or skilled trades
- Solid experience in HVAC, plumbing, and drywall
- Student housing or turn experience? Big plus.
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and move efficiently
- Comfort with mobile work order systems and basic technology
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on a rotating on-call schedule
