Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, including robotics, pneumatic, injection and molding machines.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical and electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve overall plant efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage and control maintenance costs, including parts inventory, labor, and outside services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in managing and maintaining robotics, pneumatic, injection molding, and electromechanical systems.
• Solid understanding of electrical maintenance and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications in electrical maintenance, safety, or related areas are a plus.
