In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee maintenance teams across two facilities (Kent and Des Moines), troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced, refrigerated production environment. Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
- Supervise and support technicians in resolving electrical, mechanical, automation, and operational issues.
- Coordinate weekly maintenance schedules
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance
- Monitor plant operations to identify improvements and lead cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage third-party repair services, estimate time/materials, and stay informed on industry trends.
Schedule: Day Shift (Schedule is 5 days a week, but days may vary)
- Weekend work will be required
Pay: $90,000 – $105,000 per year
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience working with conveyor belt machinery
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
- High school diploma or GED required
