Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire
Location: Ripon, WI
Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM | 2nd Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM, Monday - Thursday

• $28 – $35/hour DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and repair machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, HVAC, and facility systems

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

• Minimize downtime and keep production moving

• Assist with new equipment installation and testing

• Work closely with production, QA, and sanitation teams to meet food safety standards

You Bring:

• 2+ years maintenance experience in food manufacturing or industrial settings

• Strong mechanical/electrical skills, knowledge of PLCs and pneumatics

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Flexibility for weekend or overtime shifts
