Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician working within a GMP facility. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing stainless steel biopharma equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to determine root cause of failures and implement corrective actions to avoid future events.
  • Maintain operation of cGMP utility equipment, including HVAC, Dust Collection, Coolers, Air Compressors, Lighting, Electrical, and Water/Plumbing systems.
  • Order and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to maintain and replenish stock.
  • Support the training of maintenance and operations employees.
  • Write or modify Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems promptly while performing scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
  • Demonstrate excellence in maintenance functions and understanding of motors, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, pumps, agitators, alignments, seal replacement, chillers, boilers, and various tools.
Essential Skills
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with motors, valves, pumps, agitators, chillers, boilers, and hydraulic press.
  • 2+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
  • Electrical troubleshooting.
  • PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in PLC Programming.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
