Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with 2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Candidates with an associate's degree in a technical discipline may substitute education for experience. This role focuses on identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues in plant facilities and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance efficiently and on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities in an electronic database.
• Support operations by ensuring optimal performance of manufacturing and facility equipment.

Essential Skills:

• Troubleshooting
• Welding and Fabrication
• Preventive Maintenance
• Electrical Maintenance

Additional Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, robotic systems, and laser machines.
• Functional knowledge of mechanical components including valves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, and gearboxes.
