As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on all equipment within the facility, including blow molding machines, plastic injection machines, robots, vision systems, conveyors, scales, and CAMS systems. You will also be responsible for completing preventative maintenance, working with hydraulics and pneumatics, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and reading blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance on facility equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to address technical problems.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lima, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $89440.00/yr.

5. Incentive program for OT is $2/hr on top of hourly wage plus time and a half
6. Quarterly attendance bonus with opportunity to earn $500 every quarter or $2k every year
7. Maintenance call in incentive - if they get called in on a day off and come in they get paid for a minimum of 4 hours even if not there for 4 hours
8. P&G is largest company and they are growing like crazy
