Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will work on assembly equipment, water jet machines, hydraulics, and injection mold machines. Responsibilities include performing preventative, corrective, and reliability maintenance. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics and should be able to interpret electrical drawings. Daily use of a multimeter is expected, and working knowledge of PLCs, particularly Omron and Mitsubishi, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, corrective, and reliability maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Utilize a multimeter for daily tasks.
- Apply working knowledge of PLCs, including Omron and Mitsubishi.
- Conduct machine and conveyor maintenance.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience with mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and control systems.
- Experience in reading electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Skill in using hand tools and multimeters.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with programmable logic controllers, including Omron and Mitsubishi.
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, motors, conveyors, automation, and robotics.
- Understanding of welding, industrial maintenance, and ladder logic.

This is a Contract position based out of Manchester, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
