Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in plant maintenance, focusing on the repair and upkeep of industrial equipment and supporting assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on industrial equipment including machine tools, power tools, hand tools, forklifts, grinders, presses, and cranes.
• Conduct documented preventive maintenance and routine safety inspections.
• Support building equipment upkeep and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.
• Ensure PPE and safety gear are functional and accessible.
• Uphold the integrity of plant infrastructure.
• Multitask and adapt to shifting priorities, especially during equipment downtime or emergencies.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Interpret equipment diagrams and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, even under ambiguous or undefined conditions.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic CNC job shop environment with over 30 CNC machines and the use of overhead cranes.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $74880.00/yr.
