Title: Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Dallas, TX (Dallas Love Airfield Area)
Hourly Pay: $24 - $30
Schedule: We are hiring for all shifts. 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift.
Founded in 1932 we are a family owned, 100+ employee food manufacturing company based in Dallas. We specialize in custom dry food blends for a wide range of clients from national restaurant chains to regional bakeries. We are currently looking for several Maintenance Technicians to support our production capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform scheduled maintenance on facility and production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and PLC related issues.
- Facility upkeep.
- Complete maintenance logs, work orders and inspection reports.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards.
What You Need For This Job
- Electrical skills, 480V 3 phase systems, motor controls and basic wiring.
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work with PLC's.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and repair manuals.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment.
