Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $28.48 - 32.31 per hour
Schedule: 10 AM - 8 PM | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Repair mechanical components, including bearings, filters, valves, wiring, gauges, and switches
- Install plate changeovers and start-up machines as needed for production
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues by observing and testing machinery
- Adjust and replace functional parts to maintain optimal machine performance
- Lubricate, clean, and maintain machinery and support equipment
- Document and track changeover times and completed work orders
- Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout, PPE use, 5S, and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, reduce scrap, and improve plant efficiency
- Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (mechanical and electrical experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
- Skilled in using precision measuring devices (amp meters, electric meters, hydraulic gauges)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve practical problems
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions)
- Professional, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
