Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and facility systems as needed.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and industry safety regulations.
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Must be skilled in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems troubleshooting, as well as preventive maintenance and repair.
- PLC experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Must be able to read blueprints or schematics.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow lockout/tagout procedures.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance record.
