Now Hiring Maintenance TechnicianLocation:Pooler, GAPay:$23 - $28 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional overtime and weekend work as needed)Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and facility systems as needed.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and industry safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Must be skilled in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems troubleshooting, as well as preventive maintenance and repair.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Must be able to read blueprints or schematics.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record.
