Boia De, the one Michelin-starred restaurant in Little Haiti, Miami led by Executive Chefs Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer, is looking for a maitre'd to join their FOH team.

The ideal candidate is excited to engage guests with authenticity and support their teammates in delivering a seamless experience. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in being part of a restaurant dedicated to excellence while staying grounded in kindness and respect.

Key Details:

-Education and growth are priorities — you’ll be given the tools to maintain a strong knowledge of our food, beverage, and wine programs. Cross-training is encouraged.

-Full-time, hourly + tips. The FOH team works in a tip pool, with all roles — servers, bartenders, support, maitre’d, and hosts — equally valued and compensated. 

-We offer a flexible schedule, subsidized health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts on food and beverage. 

-We ask for a minimum of 2 years hospitality (or related field) experience. Working knowledge of Resy, Toast, Gmail, and Docusign strongly preferred. Bilingual a plus!
