Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and personable Maitre D / Host Manager to lead our front door operations and ensure every guest receives a warm, polished, and seamless experience. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and thrives in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the host team to deliver outstanding service.

• Manage nightly reservations, walk-ins, and VIP guests.

• Oversee guest flow and table rotation for optimal pacing and service balance.

• Maintain excellent communication with the management and service teams.

• Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Handle guest requests, special occasions, and feedback with care.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maitre D, Head Host, or Front Desk Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:
