The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Manager of Concept Development to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Manager of Concept Development, you will be responsible for curating compelling food, beverage, and retail experiences that engage and delight guests. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to implementation of food, beverage, and retail concepts
  • Analyze consumer insights, sales trends, and financial data to identify opportunities and shape strategy
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all concepts
  • Partner with Legal to draft, review, and amend partnership agreements
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships to influence project outcomes 

More about you
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with coursework or experience in service design and themed entertainment design 
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience with hospitality industry experience preferred 
  • Marketing and strong research skills preferred   
  • Business acumen and strong analytical skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software and tools
