Manager, Concept Development at Delaware North

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Manager of Concept Development to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Manager of Concept Development, you will be responsible for curating compelling food, beverage, and retail experiences that engage and delight guests. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. • Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to implementation of food, beverage, and retail concepts
• Analyze consumer insights, sales trends, and financial data to identify opportunities and shape strategy
• Collaborate with partners to ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all concepts
• Partner with Legal to draft, review, and amend partnership agreements
• Build and maintain strategic relationships to influence project outcomes 

• Bachelor's degree preferred with coursework or experience in service design and themed entertainment design 
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience with hospitality industry experience preferred 
• Marketing and strong research skills preferred   
• Business acumen and strong analytical skills 
• Experience with Microsoft Office software and tools
