Key Responsibilities
Guest & VIP Relations: Handle all guest communications including email inquiries, reservations, and VIP experiences with professionalism and warmth.

Brand Collaborations: Coordinate with partner brands, PR teams, and influencers to ensure smooth event execution and meaningful outcomes.
Media & Press Coordination: Manage media queries and maintain updated press kits, ensuring accurate representation of the brand.
Creative Content Support: Use tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar software to create menus, event assets, and visual materials.
Website & Digital Updates: Oversee regular updates of the website to reflect new menus, press features, and upcoming events.
Internal Communication: Work closely with management, kitchen, and marketing teams to align on event logistics and hospitality standards.
