A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management to lead a team focused on upselling AI capabilities to existing customers.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on AI upsell and expansion opportunitiesDrive AI revenue growth by executing scalable upsell strategies and managing team pipeline and forecast accuracyImplement operational excellence through consistent forecasting and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teamsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying account managers10+ years in SaaS Account Management or Expansion Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven success in driving upsell and expansion revenue, particularly in AI or automation productsExperience leading distributed teams across EMEA and North AmericaStrong operational skills with a data-driven mindset and experience in sales methodologies
