Position Summary

The Manager of Paid Social isresponsible for managing paid social media performance marketingefforts across Leaf Home’s home improvement portfolio. This rolefocuses on developing, executing, and optimizing social mediacampaigns that drive high-quality customer leads and measurableresults. The Manager partners closely with analytics, projectmanagement, creative, communications, and website optimizationteams to support Leaf Home’s customer acquisition goals.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns across multipleplatforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Nextdoor, X/Twitter, etc.),ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals.
  • Partner with the Digital Acquisition leadership team toexecute social media strategies that support overall businessobjectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance datato optimize spending, targeting, and creative assets for maximumefficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith analytics, creative, and web teams to enhance customerjourneys and conversion rates.
  • Assist indeveloping forecasts, performance reporting, and insights to informmedia and creative strategies.
  • Work withexternal platforms and publishers to maintain accountability forcampaign performance and next steps.
  • Supportthe continuous evolution of social media tactics through testing,learning, and performance analysis.
  • Partnerwith internal marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution ofmulti-channel media plans.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination ofeducation, training, and experience.

Required Years ofExperience

  • 5+ yearsof experience managing paid social performance marketing campaignswith conversion-focused objectives.

AdditionalRequirements

  • Strongunderstanding of social platform capabilities across display,video, and mobile.
  • Familiarity with digitalmarketing tools, tracking, and measurement platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets, pacing, and campaignoptimization.
  • Ability to thrive in afast-paced, collaborative, and goal-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with theability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Must be legally authorized to work inthe country of employment without sponsorship for employment visastatus (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, orCertifications

  • Googleplatform certifications such as Campaign Manager and GoogleAnalytics.
  • Experience working in a large,multi-brand, or multi-vertical marketing organization.
  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer acquisitionmodels.
