Position Summary: SupplyCompliance Manager

The SupplyCompliance Manager is responsible for providing leadership andcross-functional support for supplier contract life cyclemanagement, internal and external product quality assurance, fieldaudit processing and accountability, and new procedure developmentto ensure inventory and process excellence within all Leaf Homeverticals.

This role functions within SupplyChain and a cross-functional organization to ensure operationscomply with corporate policies. As a key member and leader of ourQuality Assurance and Compliance team, this role ensures suppliersand team members provide an excellent customer experience whiledeveloping and leading programmatic improvements.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities

Develop and refinequality assurance policies, procedures (including SOPs, metrics,reporting) to mitigate inventory loss, drive oversight, and ensurecompliance with business principles and legalrequirements.	30%
Oversee supplier contract management life cycle,factory audits, and supplier questionnaires with Sourcing Managerto ensure compliance and accuracy.	20%
Provide strategic direction and oversight to QATeam and vendor partners on process optimization, root causeanalysis, and post-implementation reviews.	15%
Develop and oversee delivery of qualitystandards and expectations to vendor partners with New ProductDevelopment Team and Director of Global Sourcing andCompliance.	5%
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensureaccountability, issue resolution, and scheduleaccuracy.	10%
Drive employee engagement, performancemanagement, coaching, and development to create a high-performanceculture.	5%
Drive planning, prioritization, communication ofprojects, timelines, and resource allocation.	10%
Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties asassigned.	5%

RequiredEducation and Experience

Education: Undergraduate(Bachelor’s) degree
Experience: 5+ years ofrelevant process development and strategy execution in SupplyChain/Procurement

AdditionalRequirements

Provencompliance and/or audit outcomes experience
Strong business acumen with ability to assess businessimpact
Ability to manage multiple prioritiesand stakeholders
Critical thinking and complexproblem-solving skills
Strong communicationand service mindset
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite
Must be legally authorized towork in the country of employment without sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management,Business Management, or related field
Professional certifications: Six Sigma, PMP, and/or LeanCertified
