We seek a seasoned Managing Attorney or an experienced 4 - 6 year probate litigator ready to step into a leadership role at our office in West Los Angeles, California. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a leadership capacity and is ready to take ownership of a growing caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and oversee office operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in California probate, trust, and estate litigation and is looking to join a collaborative, high-performing team with built-in marketing and business development support.

• Oversee and manage probate, trust, and estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and related conflicts.
• Lead and mentor associate attorneys and legal staff within the Walnut Creek office.
• Develop litigation strategies and oversee case progression from intake through trial or settlement.
• Act as lead counsel in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and client relationship development.
• Maintain high-level client service and ensure communication and outcomes align with client expectations.
• Participate in marketing efforts with dedicated in-house support.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in probate, trust, and estate litigation.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring attorneys preferred.
• Strong understanding of California probate law, trust administration, and estate planning.
• Exceptional litigation, case management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and lead a legal team.

• Base Salary $180,000 - $250,000
• Plus, a yearly bonus based on the firm's performance and employee performance.
